Jewelry items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Return options include a refund issued in the original payment method, an exchange for another item in the store, or a store credit voucher for the amount of the returned product. The amount to be refunded or noted on the voucher will be the same as the original purchase price.
It is important that the items are unworn and in their original packaging; otherwise, the return cannot be processed.
Customized jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping within Argentina is free of charge. Any costs related to returns and/or subsequent shipments will be the responsibility of the buyer.
